Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and blueprint reading.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including heavy lifting.
• Ability to read SOE/OMS/shop orders and prints.
• Ability to adjust fixturing and align components.
• Commitment to safety and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Set up, tack, weld, and align major components and parts.
• Position, fixture, and clamp parts for correct alignment.
• Maintain quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Promote safe work practices and clean, organized workspace.
• Support production with overtime when needed.
