Job summary

Flowserve in Bridgeville, PA, seeks a welder for 2nd shift to join a customer-focused manufacturing team. You will weld components for equipment using MIG, MAG, TIG, or stick methods and read blueprints to ensure quality.

Requirements include HS diploma or GED and 0–2 years welding experience. Overtime possible; safety is emphasized; four-day workweek Tue–Fri 3:00 PM–1:30 AM with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Welding experience in manufacturing or repairs preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Select welding method (TIG/MIG/MAG/stick) per spec.
• Read blueprints and specs; perform shop calculations.
• Set up and operate equipment for welds and parts prep.
• Identify materials; prepare components for welding.
• Weld assemblies and perform repairs as needed.
• Inspect finished work against drawings and specs.
• Meet production schedules; document results.
• Troubleshoot process/equipment with team.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and proper PPE.
