Job summary

Strong Hold is seeking a 2nd shift Welder to join our Louisville, KY manufacturing team. The role requires welding proficiency, the ability to read tape measures, and basic math. Aluminum welding experience is a plus, and prior welding coursework or hands-on experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

2nd Shift Welder: Monday through Thursday 5:00pm to 3:30am

Requirements

• Welding Skills: Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical system and tools.
• Measurement and Math Skills: Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read/write effectively.
• Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Aluminum Welding Experience (preferred): Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus.
• Relatable Experience (preferred): Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.
