2nd Shift Welder

$3.00/hour shift differential!

Responsibilities

1. Setup and adjust welding components based on product specifications
2. Operate welding robots
3. Troubleshoot when necessary
4. Closely monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality
5. Follow all manufacturing safety guidelines
6. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

1. A mechanical skills background is required
2. 1-2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
3. General skills with hand and power tools
4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
5. Problem-solving skills
6. The ability to multitask on a wide variety of projects
