Job Title: MIG Welder – 2nd Shift

Location: Dubuque, IA

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Training: Begins on 1st shift, then transitions to 2nd shift

Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join our 2nd shift team. This role involves welding fabricated assemblies according to blueprints in a fast-paced production environment. Overhead cranes are available for heavy lifting, and robotic welding training is provided.

Responsibilities:

1. MIG weld components to specifications
2. Set up and operate welding equipment safely
3. Use overhead cranes to move parts
4. Ensure weld quality meets standards
5. Train on robotic welding systems
6. Maintain a clean, safe work area

Qualifications:

1. MIG welding experience required
2. Ability to read blueprints
3. Able to lift up to 50 lbs
4. Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
