Job summary

You will schedule work, coach teams to hit daily goals, manage cost and throughput, and drive continuous improvement. A Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.
• Prefer 3+ years of experience in operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive training in manufacturing processes, supervision, and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product while meeting customer specifications and delivery commitments.
• Practice and follow 6s principles daily and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed by every employee.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and plant policies.
• Provide supervision and coaching to meet daily product metrics and goals.
• Control quality, delivery, cost of production, and through-put.
• Provide input on equipment design and installation for new processes.
• Resolve technical and personnel problems in a positive manner.
