Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse, material handling, kitting, replenishment, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to learn SAP, handheld scanner, or comparable warehouse-system transactions.
• Ability to read material labels, part numbers, quantities, units of measure, bins, and locations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in matching physical movement with system records.
• Ability to follow standard work, routes, safety requirements, and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Perform water-spider and point-of-use replenishment as the primary function, ensuring material availability for production areas.
• Follow replenishment schedules and signals to deliver materials on time and at the correct location.
• Pick, transport, stage, and replenish materials according to labels and production requirements.
• Verify material numbers, descriptions, quantities, and locations before moving or staging.
• Complete SAP and scanner transactions to keep physical movement and system records aligned.
• Use approved movement types and processes; do not bypass required transactions.
• Monitor line-side inventory and respond urgently to prevent interruptions.
• Escalate discrepancies with necessary details to leadership when needed.
• Maintain 5S standards, clear aisles, and defined staging locations.
• Safely operate equipment only when trained and authorized.
• Coordinate with teams to align priorities and resolve flow constraints.
• Provide on-the-job training and track training progress with leadership.
