Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in Arden, NC is hiring an ATS Water Spider for the 2nd shift. The role ensures materials are available at the point of use and supports panel-building by kitting parts, managing material flow, and coordinating with fabrication and supply chain teams.

The position pays $22 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma, forklift certification or ability to obtain, BOM reading ability, and willingness to work within a 50-mile radius of Arden.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience reading and interpreting Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• No immigration sponsorship; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC.

Responsibilities

• Pull and review BOM packets and drawings.
• Gather and stage steel panels and electrical components for production kits.
• Cut and distribute DIN rail material.
• Retrieve labels, wire markers, and wiring components for builds.
• Assign and prioritize panel-build units according to production schedules.
• Track shortages and complete shortage documentation.
• Move materials and finished assemblies between production areas.
• Support inspection, repairs, and tooling requests.
