Qualified candidates hold a Wastewater Operator certification, 2–4 years of related experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Wastewater Operator certification is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a related role is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform basic control laboratory testing and apply results.
• Good record-keeping, comfort with computers and computer-controlled equipment, and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Equivalents in education and experience are acceptable.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Enhance water conditions and assist sustainability efforts.
• Test water for environmental hazards and analyze results.
• Research pollution sources, calculate findings, and propose eliminations.
• Maintain environmental records and documentation.
• Keep test/inspection records accurate and up to date.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe workplace.
• Train employees on procedures and safety standards.
