Qualifications

• Weaving experience required.
• Ability to read and follow construction sheets and drafts.
• Capable of lifting light to heavy weights.
• Good mechanical ability and vision.

Responsibilities

• Tie in/work with warps on loom and tie-in machine maintenance.
• Prepare looms, mount new patterns, and repair warps as needed.
• Train others as an On The Job Instructor.
