Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage outgoing shipments, process incoming orders, and maintain organized inventory. You will schedule repairs, support after-hours parts requests, and ensure accurate paperwork and data entry in the parts system.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and forklift certification, with the ability to work under the demands of a dynamic environment and comply with regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing shipments and incoming purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory counts.
• Respond to after-hours requests and support repair parts scheduling.
• Enter updates into the parts database and coordinate with carriers.
