Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to safely load and unload, accurately pick and ship paint orders, and move stock within the facility. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated equipment while upholding safety standards and quality controls.

Ideal candidates will have experience in distribution, a strong focus on detail, and the ability to work a 2nd shift schedule. Benefits include health coverage, time off, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum eighteen (18) years of age and legal work authorization.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Experience operating mobile power equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Experience handling inventory and processing orders accurately.
• Adherence to safety and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
