Job summary

CFS Brands is seeking a Distribution Center Team Lead for the 2nd shift in Savannah. You will guide a team of hourly associates, oversee inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound operations, and ensure KPI-driven performance.

You will act as a subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS and Garnett ERP, safeguard inventory integrity, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Requires mathematical skills to perform basic functions and calculations.
• Very organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and professional.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Blue Yonder WMS, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient activity.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet KPIs and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS and Garnett ERP.
• Ensure inventory integrity with proper receipts, movements, adjustments, picking, and cycle counting.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to support CFS Brands Core Values.
