Core-Mark, Plainfield, IN, seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift) to oversee daily operations, lead a team of 15-25, ensure accurate inventory handling, and maintain safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping; training and mentoring staff; ensuring orders are accurate and on time; leveraging the warehouse management system to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
• Experience leading and supervising a team in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Leads a team of 15-25 associates; handles hiring, scheduling, training and coaching.
• Ensures accurate order pulling, proper stock rotation and timely paperwork.
• Maintains safety protocols and oversees building security after shift.
• Uses warehouse management systems to monitor productivity and implement improvements.
