Job summary

DSG is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Assistant Manager for its Sioux Falls, SD location. This full-time, salaried role centers on supporting overall warehouse operations, supervising a team of up to 5, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Hours typically run 3pm–12am, Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on business needs. The successful candidate will lead daily tasks, coach staff, participate in hiring, and drive improvements in efficiency and safety across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise up to 5 staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Commitment to safety with forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Directly supervise and guide up to 5 warehouse employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to staff for growth.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Support hiring processes and coordinate with management on staffing.
