Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse lead roles or supervisory responsibilities.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift driving.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the assigned department to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Distributes tasks based on demand and priorities, ensuring daily productivity and quality goals.
• Enforces safety protocols to maintain a safe warehouse environment and promotes safety awareness.
• Troubleshoots operations challenges and serves as point of contact for issues.
• Coordinates workflow with other department leads and branch management.
• Recommends measures to improve department efficiency and performance.
• Trains new department staff and participates in hiring.
• Ensures tools and equipment are available and functional, reporting issues to management.
• Provides courteous, prompt service to customers and leads by example on safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
