Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Pflugerville, TX to oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution. You will lead a warehouse team, coach staff, and ensure efficient operations on a 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:15pm, Mon-Fri).

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage inventory records, perform QA on inbound goods, and drive process improvements while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of materials experience using MRPs such as Oracle.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory position.
• Experience in transportation.
• Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Effectively present information to managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Interpret a variety of written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Lead, coach and manage warehouse personnel to ensure operational excellence.
• Provide effective communication and problem resolution for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ownership of processes end-to-end.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
