Job summary

Fuze Health seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Associates and manage operations, inventory, and logistics across the Ohio facility. You will report to the onsite Pharmacy Operations Leader and drive performance, safety, and process improvements to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of finished products.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with WMS, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet production, quality, and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain coordination, warehouse operations, logistics in healthcare or regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership in managing warehouse personnel.
• Experience with workforce planning and scheduling in fast-paced settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvements.
• Proficiency with supply chain management systems and WMS.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Warehouse Associates to meet goals and maintain a high-performing team.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely transportation and delivery of finished products.
• Oversee inventory control and supply management to prevent shortages.
• Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop strategies to improve packing efficiency and reduce costs.
• Drive performance against SLAs and department metrics.
• Collaborate with production, quality, marketing, and other teams to align supply chain activities.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and resource allocation for the facility.
