PLA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for 2nd shift in Bridgeton, MO. You will lead daily warehouse operations, coordinate scheduling, and drive safety, quality, and productivity with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

You will partner with onsite leadership to meet service levels, track production, and implement continuous improvements while upholding PLA values of service, sustainability, safety, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory ability in warehouse or production environments.
• Strong communication with team members, customers, and leadership.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding production goals.
• Experience with employee scheduling and HR processes.
• Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and cost controls.
