Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a hands-on 2nd shift warehouse supervisor to lead a growing team at our Glendale Heights facility with a planned move to Joliet. You will ensure daily goals and deadlines are met, manage receiving overflow, stock replenishment, and cycle counts, and guide a team that may grow to about 30 associates.

You will oversee automation/robotics, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with day-shift operations and ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics/high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems; strong Excel skills.
• Hands-on with technology-driven warehouse equipment and automation.
• Forklift certification is a plus; Lean Six Sigma experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift warehouse personnel; ensure smooth handoffs with 1st shift.
• Oversee receiving, replenishment, inventory cycling, and stock accuracy.
• Manage implementation and operation of automated material handling systems.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor safety, accuracy, and output via WMS/ERP KPIs.
