Job summary

Euclid Beverage is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift to support daily operations. You will oversee receiving, picking, loading, and inventory control while coaching a team to maintain accuracy and productivity.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and high standards of customer service in a fast-paced distribution environment. Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory management software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to work the required hours: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, loading, inventory control, and inventory protection.
• Lead and coach warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory, investigate discrepancies, and maintain records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and monitoring equipment conditions.
• Assist with workforce planning and special projects to ensure efficient warehouse performance and customer service.
