Job summary

Euclid Beverage is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift to support daily operations. You will oversee receiving, picking, loading, and inventory control while coaching a team to maintain accuracy and productivity.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and high standards of customer service in a fast-paced distribution environment. Proficiency with WMS, RF scanners, and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory management software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to work the required hours: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed.

Job Summary:

Euclid Beverage is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor -2nd Shift to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations. This position drives efficient warehouse performance through the associates they lead, ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely receipt, picking, and loading of products. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment, values safety, and has a strong ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards for productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service.

Essential Functions:

• Supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, loading, inventory control, and inventory protection.

Required Education and Experience:

• Prior warehouse experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred .
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory management software systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to work the required hours: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Stacking duties require bending down to the floor level to lift beer cases weighing up to 20 pounds, 1/4 and 1/2 barrels, when full, up to 160 pounds, and empty, 20 pounds.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to load and unload packages.
• This position requires physical labor.
