Job summary

IDC Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Bath, PA facility to lead daily warehouse operations, manage personnel, and drive performance against service, cost, productivity and profit goals.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics with supervisory experience, strong communication, and familiarity with WMS and pallet handling. The supervisor will coordinate receiving, packing, shipping, inventory control and safety, while mentoring staff to meet KPIs and budget targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.
• Experience building pallets/ULDs required.
• 1+ years supervisory/leadership strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).
• Comprehensive knowledge of distribution methods and warehouse SOPs.
• Familiarity with technology-operating tools (barcode scanning, Track & Trace).
• Demonstrated ability to drive KPIs and engage employees.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehousing and distribution tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, labeling, kitting, and counting.
• Manages material handling equipment such as pallet movers and forklifts.
• Coordinates transportation and customer logistics issues.
• Manages inbound receipt and inventory control, warehousing and outbound dispatch.
• Ensures safety and security for inventory and staff.
• Implements process improvements for service delivery.
• Provides tailored warehousing, inventory control, transport and support solutions.
• Drives KPIs and ensures budget targets are met.
• Supervises staff, hiring, coaching, and training.
