Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Chambersburg, PA is seeking an Inventory Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee warehouse inventory and related KPI programs.

The role reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and directs cycle counters and clerical staff to support timely, accurate stock control. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inventory with supervisory experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with WMS and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in manufacturing, production or distribution inventory.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience.
• Two+ years PC inventory and accounting skills.
• Experience with Lean principles and WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI goals and GMP adherence across the facility.
• Develop and manage inventory control systems for current and future needs.
• Lead cycle count programs and manage recoup/repack/return/recycle processes.
