Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehousing or related food manufacturing
• 1+ years supervisory/managerial experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Warehouse Department employees and train staff.
• Plan, assign and direct work; schedule and manage overtime; appraise performance; discipline employees.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for receipts and dock transfers from vendors.
• Promote a safe work environment; ensure quality and safety processes are followed.
• Manage housekeeping in the dock area; enforce safety policies.
