Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas Inc is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Faribault, MN. This role oversees shipping/receiving operations, ensures accurate packing, labeling and dispatching, and leads a team to meet service goals.

The candidate should have a High School diploma and 5+ years of related experience; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Competitive benefits are provided, with base salary ranging from $66,000 to $108,800.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving department and customer service/purchasing group to ensure quality customer support
• Develop, maintain, and execute procedures for the quality handling, packaging, labeling, shipping, and receiving of materials
• Assign daily job responsibilities to shipping and receiving department employees based on availability of resources and inbound/outbound shipping volumes
• Schedule temporary employees as needed based upon availability of resources and inbound/outbound shipping volumes
• Train and monitor shipping/receiving department employees in areas of job functions, company policies, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate communications between shipping/receiving departments and other departments to continuously improve the warehouse's ability to service Daikin customers
• Develop improvements in warehouse policies and procedures to promoted increased business profitability, customer support, and employee well being
• Work with other groups within the Daikin parts organization as needed to resolve problems within the business
• Administer company policies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,000 to $108,800 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
