Job summary

Americold Logistics LLC in Mountville, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), Monday through Friday, on-site. You will supervise receiving, warehousing, and shipping to meet service and cost goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate staff, manage shift communication, and ensure accurate, timely shipments. Strong supervisory experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, with knowledge of warehouse software a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience required, or successful completion of Americold's internship program, or a bachelor's degree
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate unloading, stacking, picking and staging of shipments to maintain quality standards
Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments
Facilitate cross communication between shifts and conduct shift meetings
Oversee safe operation of materials handling equipment and maintain a clean work area
Ensure staff compliance with safety policies, investigate and report safety incidents, and conduct operations in accordance with OSHA and MSDS standards
Direct work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employee performance, including preparing records and reports
Address personnel issues, assess training needs, and collaborate with staff and management to resolve work-related problems
