Job summary

ThermoSafe is seeking a 2nd shift Shipping/Receiving Operator in Hillview, KY. You will support high-quality, efficient operations by handling raw materials and finished goods inventory, performing forklift duties, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong attention to detail and safety and quality.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and complete shipping docs.
• Overtime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other equipment safely.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report issues.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers to prevent damage.
• Verify tags, labels, and shipment docs for accuracy.
• Prepare shipping docs, labels, and COAs for orders.
• Move materials between plant, warehouse, and storage.
• Process shipping/receiving paperwork and update inventory records.
• Assist with inventory counts and organizing storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Support on-time delivery with focus on safety, quality, and service.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
