Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. in Anoka, MN is hiring full-time for a Warehouse Pick Pack on 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). You will accurately pick, pack, and check orders in our automated distribution center.

Entry-level friendly with safety and quality focus; responsibilities include using handheld barcode scanners, maintaining inventory, and following Good Distribution Practices in a food and food-contact environment. Benefits enrollment available after thirty hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent desired.
• Ability to work flexible schedule with potential overtime and weekends.
• Prior shipping experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and check orders to ensure quality and timely processing.
• Operate integrated warehouse systems including handheld barcode scanners.
• Achieve individual performance standards.
• Observe inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
