DecoPac, Inc. in Anoka, MN is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Pick Pack position. Enter entry-level role in a clean, highly automated facility that supports the cake decorating industry.

You will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in our distribution center. You’ll use handheld barcode scanners and warehouse systems, meet individual performance standards, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule with overtime and/or weekend hours for full-time shifts.
• Prior shipping experience preferred.
• Able to use stairs to reach second level of shipping floor.
• Ability to lift, push/pull up to 40 lbs, bend, stoop or reach.

Located in Anoka, MN we work with licensors and brands to produce, sell and distribute our products to supermarkets, retail bakeries, and ice cream stores throughout North America.

We are looking for candidates for our Warehouse Pick Pack position. In this role you are responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders in our distribution center.

Days/Hours:

• 1st Shift / Monday -Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and check orders to ensure quality and timely processing.
• Operate integrated warehouse systems including handheld barcode scanners.
• Achieve individual performance standards.
• Observe inventory levels to prevent product shortages.
• Use and understand Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality through Good Distribution Practices that include maintaining cleanliness and prevent contamination while handling/packing food and food contact products.
• Report food safety concerns to Warehouse Management, SQF Practitioner or HR. If open food product is found, set it aside and immediately notify Warehouse Management or the SQF Practitioner for disposal.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
