Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Distribution & Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders in our Winona, MN distribution center. The role operates on a Monday–Friday 2nd shift (11:30 AM–8:00 PM) and involves using a computerized headset system to locate products and prepare shipments for customers.

No prior warehouse experience is required, but attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently are valued.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working independently and staying active throughout the shift.
• This role requires the use of safety toe shoes while in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders from warehouse storage location
• Pack products for shipment
• Use a computerized headset system to locate products
• Follow verbal and computer-generated instructions
• Check orders for accuracy and quality
• Walk throughout the warehouse to retrieve items
• Help with cleanup and other assigned tasks when workflow slows
