• Match MTRs to correct material and customer order with accurate documentation.
• Review detailed material information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Enter and organize MTR and order data using Excel and MS Office.
• Verify product information, quantities, and documentation before shipment.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding MTRs and orders.
• Maintain records and meet deadlines while handling multiple requests.
• Other duties as assigned
