Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes, material handling procedures, and shipping/receiving operations is a plus.
• Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material storage requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to meet operational goals.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials in support of production and shipping operations.
• Verify product labels, packaging, inventory records, and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Learn and operate inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or WMS as needed.
• Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to meet goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
