Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics role.
• Familiarity with inventory control, material handling, and shipping/receiving.
• Experience with forklifts, scanners, or WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies.
• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Verify labels, packaging, inventory records, and shipping docs with accuracy.
• Learn and use inventory management systems (ERP, WMS) and related software.
• Operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and quality issues.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to meet goals.
