Sunlight Batteries USA, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Mebane, NC to support inventory management, material movement, shipping, receiving, and production tasks.

The role centers on accuracy, safety, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in warehousing, with familiarity in inventory control and the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, or WMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes, material handling, and shipping/receiving operations is a plus.
• Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, or WMS is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material storage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Verify product labels, packaging, inventory records, and shipping documentation with high attention to detail.
• Learn and use inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or WMS as needed.
• Operate or learn to operate material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality issues.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to hit operational goals.
