Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes, material handling, and shipping/receiving operations is a plus.
  • Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, or WMS is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material storage requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials for production and shipping.
  • Verify product labels, packaging, inventory records, and shipping documentation with high attention to detail.
  • Learn and use inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or WMS as needed.
  • Operate or learn to operate material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality issues.
  • Collaborate with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to hit operational goals.

Your Impact

This role is essential to supporting our inventory management, material movement, shipping, receiving, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.

What You'll Do
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all company safety policies and procedures.

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday; 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational demands.
  • Flexibility to arrive early or stay late as operational demands require.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, upon successful training and certification.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
