Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility. You will coordinate daily warehouse activity to ensure the efficient flow of goods and cost‑effective operations, across inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and returns.

Hours: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., 2nd shift. You will lead teams, assign workloads, train and coach staff, hire and onboard, oversee scheduling in UKG, and drive lean improvements while upholding GMP compliance and

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of supervisor or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred.
• GMP compliant for food safety; No visible piercings.
• Must wear hair and beard nets, smock, helmet and steel toe shoes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple employees in inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and returns processing.
• Regulate daily workload and assign productivity goals based on customer’s demands.
• Train, coach, engage and develop employees on efficient work methods to improve accuracy, efficiency, profitability, safety and security.
• Interview, hire and/or promote, onboard and train employees to sustain onboarding experience.
• Advocate and support corporate training programs for direct reports to prepare team members for career path progression opportunities.
• Manage hourly employee scheduling through workforce management software (UKG).
• Monitor hourly employee performance, year-end reviews, scheduling and one-on-one developmental meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement by leading lean projects to improve efficiency and customer profits.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual requirements and KPIs detailing performance metrics.
