Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 3:30pm–12:00am). You will lead a warehouse team, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and coach performance while upholding quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication with leadership and cross-department collaboration, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. A Bachelor’s in logistics or related field is preferred and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including overtime and weekends.
• U.S. citizen status per government requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
