Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment is mentioned as beneficial.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and communicate with leadership.
