Job summary

MWCold in Dothan, AL is seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor for 2pm–11pm. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supervises the Exempt Warehouse Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include directing warehouse staff, maintaining receiving and distribution processes, safeguarding inventory, enforcing safety policies, and collaborating across warehouse, production, office, and maintenance teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse/distribution or production management.
• Knowledge and experience in Safety and OSHA desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse staff through coaching, scheduling, and workflow assignment.
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations for service excellence.
• Ensure safe handling and compliance with Vertical Cold Storage policies.
• Control inventory through counts and system reconciliation.
• Enforce safety policies by inspections and coaching employees.
• Collaborate across warehouse, production, and maintenance to optimize workflows.
