Job summary

Best Warehousing & Transportation Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager to oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. The ideal candidate will lead a team while ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and fulfillment of client inventory.

Responsibilities include direct management of warehouse operations, maintaining safety standards, and fostering client relationships. Candidates should possess substantial logistics experience and demonstrate a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 25+ employees across multiple shifts.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
• Serve as a primary contact for assigned 3PL clients.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety policies.
