Job summary

Ingram Content Group in Roseburg, OR is hiring an Operations Team Lead for the 2nd shift to oversee the Order Pulling team and support daily warehouse operations.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience with PC-based applications and warehouse operations. Compensation starts at $24.00 per hour with a $2 shift differential; schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM; OT may be required.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all warehouse systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Researches issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
