Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Team Lead for the 2nd shift Order Pulling team in Roseburg, OR. This role supports departmental operations and safety programs in a high-efficiency warehouse environment.

The position involves leading hourly staff, coordinating workflow, and resolving production/system issues while maintaining quality and productivity benchmarks. Competitive benefits start on day one, with opportunities for growth and shift differential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with PC based applications.
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• 6 months' work experience including walking, standing, lifting, pulling, bending, squatting, twisting, climbing, reaching above shoulders, typing.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
• Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Operations Team Leadto contribute to our 2nd shift Order Pullingteam in Roseburg, OR. An Operations Team Lead supports all operational and administrative activities required to run a department of major warehouse activity.

Pay:

• $24.00 and up DOE + $2 shift diff

Schedule:

• Sun-Thurs, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM OT if needed

Required Qualifications:
