Job summary

CJ Logistics Talent Team is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the McDonough, GA site on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm). You will lead a shift, coach team, and drive safety, quality, and productivity while partnering with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement.

A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of supervision are preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of Excel/Word are required; experience with MHE or WMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Proven leadership with strong organizational, communication, and cross‑functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift activities to meet targets and coach the team.
• Communicate goals and performance results to the workforce.
• Maintain safety culture and participate in safety committees.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee attendance, payroll accuracy, and shift staffing needs.
• Monitor and report on productivity and quality metrics.
