Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift at our Georgia Logistics Center. You will coach and develop a team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals while partnering with cross‑functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervising experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent, and strong communication, organization, and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Commitment to safety and a high‑quality work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage employees on assigned shift to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicate goals, track performance, and address issues.
• Support inventory control, audits, and frontline staffing needs.
• Coach and develop team members, manage timekeeping and payroll compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on supply management and maintenance scheduling.
