Nordex North America seeks a Material Handler, General Assistant to support warehouse operations in West Branch, IA. You will perform warehouse administrative tasks, keep inventory records, update the warehouse system, and assist production with timely material transfers.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, and ideally a Bachelor's degree. At least 1 year of warehouse/administration experience, proficiency with Word and Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse management/administration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and reports.
• Strong English communication skills and reading of English documents.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and verify delivery notes against purchase orders.
• Update warehouse system with quantities, part numbers and transfers.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate transfers of materials to production lines.
• Record material consumption in the system and support daily warehouse ops.
