Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Warehouse Manager for 2nd shift at our Edwardsville location. You will oversee 25–75 warehouse personnel handling receiving, moving, picking and shipping, reporting to a Senior Warehouse Manager.

You will lead, develop and direct staff to achieve department goals with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires a college degree or equivalent, 5–10 years warehousing experience, 3–5 years leadership, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is required.
• 5–10 years of warehousing experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25‑75 warehouse staff in receiving, moving, picking and shipping activities.
• Direct staff to meet department goals and improve processes for efficiency.
• Remove barriers by securing resources and executive support for new ideas.
• Ensure 5S and safe, organized warehouse operations with measurable outcomes.
• Guide接 the flow of goods through receiving, storage, and shipping to support production.
• Identify root causes from data and implement long-term solutions.
