Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Receiving for the 1st shift at our Edwardsville, IL facility. You will handle receiving, moving, picking and shipping, operate handheld scanners, and follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to a Warehouse Supervisor and requires lifting up to 50 lbs, punctuality, and teamwork. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some warehousing experience, with potential overtime and

Qualifications

• High school/GED required.
• Some warehousing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes.
• Collect information to understand problems and identify their origin.
• Research solutions for basic or routine problems.
• Execute prescribed steps and escalate when needed.
• Maintain notes and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
• Work with supervisors to set goals and priorities and manage time efficiently.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, organized 5S warehouse.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
