Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager for Ocala, Florida to lead daily warehouse operations on a 2nd shift. The role requires at least 3 years of management responsibility in distribution/transportation and involves budgeting, staffing, and safety leadership.

You will oversee shift scheduling, training, data entry, payroll records, and customer service to meet daily performance targets. Capstone offers bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments.
• Budget management, read and interpret P&L statements, and prepare related reports.
• PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Communicate daily with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and safety work rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
• Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
