Job summary

Capstone Logistics LLC is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Ocala, FL to lead daily warehouse operations with a safety-first approach. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of increasing management responsibility in distribution/transportation and proven leadership in supervising warehouse staff.

You will coach teams, schedule shifts, manage budgets, and ensure service levels while maintaining accurate records, payroll, and daily closeouts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in an industrial setting.
• BS/BA degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven track record supervising warehouse employees including hiring/training.
• Experience providing high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Communicate daily with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports and meet customer needs daily.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues each day.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
• Assist in managing site and department budgets.
• Schedule associate shifts per customer requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry, daily closeout, cash balancing, payroll records.
